Parking

Welcome to San Francisco. . . where you get to practice yoga while trying to find parking! Good street parking (2-hour, un-metered) can be found on Pine and Bush, between Fillmore and Pierce. Like many things in life, it's all about timing.

Unfortunately, we cannot fill parking meters.

Neighborhood Parking Lots
There are two parking lots just a few blocks from Flow Studios.

1. California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) offers its parking lots to the public. The two lots are located between Clay and California, and Webster and Fillmore. The rate is $2 per hour with a $20 daily maximum.

CPMC Lot (open 24 hours):
2405 Clay St. (Between Webster and Fillmore)

Pacific Professional Lot (open 7am-7pm):
2100 Webster St. (Between Clay and California, behind the Institute for Health and Healing. This is a small lot.)

2. You may also try the 2-hour metered parking lot on California between Fillmore and Steiner, across from Mollie Stone's Grocery store.

Appointments

Please call the individual practitioners to schedule your appointment. We do require a valid credit card number with expiration date to hold an appointment, even if you intend to pay with cash, personal check or gift card. Sorry, we do not book appointments online.

Gift Certificates

Gift cards are available for purchase. Flow Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Please call us at (415) 563-6697.

Cancellations

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to other clients and our practitioners, 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged the full price on all sessions/treatments scheduled. Also, to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the practitioner(s) directly.
