Welcome to Flow Studios. Inside our beautiful studios, you'll find a place for movement and balance. You'll also meet wonderful instructors who will guide and inspire your yoga and pilates practice.

Our classes follow this basic weekly schedule, but are subject to change. To find the class that's right for you, please review our class descriptions and the current class schedule below.

Please Note: Classes at Flow Studios are limited to 15 students. We believe in keeping classes small in order to give you the personal attention you deserve.
