About Us

In the beginning . . . I wanted to create a place where people could go to reach their health and wellness goals, where they could feel comfortable being themselves and really be a part of a strong community. It would be about making healthier choices and about healthy lifestyles. That's what Pacific Heights Health Club is about, but I felt like something was missing. That something is Flow Studios where we offer yoga, pilates, physical therapy, Asian bodywork and massage.

At Flow Studios, you'll find a group of dedicated practitioners - in my opinion, some of the best and most experienced practitioners - who have chosen Flow Studios to call home. It's a warm and inviting place, with friendly staff and experts who work together - treating the whole and not just the parts.
